Golden Ears Bridge Maple Ridge
The Golden Ears Bridge opened to traffic on Tuesday, June 16 connecting Langley to Maple Ridge, BC, Canada. The bridge is a toll bridge and will replace the Albion Ferry service. The base rate of $2.75 for users who rent a transponder for $1 a month. Those who don't get a transponder can still set up an account with the QuickPass toll system and get a discounted rate of $3.30 per crossing. Motorists who don't register will still have their licence plates detected and will be billed $3.90 with additional charges for trucks, Trailers and buses. In addition to the bridge, a new access route stretching from 176 Street and 96 Avenue in Surrey to 128 Avenue and 210 Street in Maple Ridge will go into service.

Maple Ridge comprises the communities of Hammond, Haney, Maple Ridge & Whonnock.
